Free Cupcakes for Pan Am Athletes and Volunteers at Cupcakes Canada

When Amy and Carol Anne began Cupcakes Canada, they opted to bring sweetness to Ajax, recreating the home-cooked experience brought forth by their mothers and grandmother. It started out as a hobby built on family recipes but turned into a shareable experience to bring to the community. The duo strove to perfect the art of cake decoration and flavouring by starting with a base of family recipes and turning them into community experiences.

Cupcakes Canada is part of the historic Pickering Village on Old Kingston Road, just off of Kingston Road and Church Street. The location is absolutely stunning, with natural light during the day and bright pink walls to create a vibrant, joyous atmosphere as you enjoy decadent sweets and treats.

After pinning down their cake recipe and determining the strongest elements of décor, Amy and Carol Anne found a niche in wedding cakes, as well as catered events. Take a walk through the store or view their online communities to check out their gorgeous creations.

Cupcakes Canada uses only the freshest of ingredients, so make sure to eat up. Buying a dozen cupcakes? No problem. You can freeze these cupcakes for optimal flavour and freshness. When cupcakes are left over at the end of the day, they go to a series of local causes, such as Horizon House, Nova's Ark and Wings Maternity.

If you are attending the Pan Am Games in Ajax as an athlete or volunteer, savour a sweet treat at Cupcakes Canada for free. You'll receive one free cupcake when you show your Pan Am ID card. So why not take a stroll through the Pickering Village and stop by Cupcakes Canada for a delicious cupcake or treat and a cappuccino?
